Employees enjoying an appreciation day: Free Hot Dog Lunch! A great way to show your gratitude to hard workers!

Catering corporate events is often an interactive experience where the customers (in this case the  employees) created their own personalized dog! Before long, others were asking for it by name--the name the employees themselves gave it! What fun we had! A great group...thanks for having us!

A guac dog with chili, cheese, jalapenos, and crushed tortilla chips...yum!

We went with all-beef Vienna natural casing dogs--they really has SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!

Our menu was The "Angeleno ": Guacamole and bacon with grilled onions

The "Malibu": Fresh shredded sharp cheddar, onions, and chili

The "Olvera": Sauteed peppers and onions, with bacon and cilantro

Pumpkin Festival at Cal Poly... a ton of fun!

 Danny's California Dogs had a great weekend despite the drizzle, having fun with all the great folks up at CalPoly! Thank you! Hope to see you all next year! Its was terrific seeing everyone enjoying our fabulous Vienna Beef dogs!

Our customer faves included the POLY-DOG, a Jumbo Vienna Beef Dog, covered in Guacamole, Bacon, Grilled onions and our special Mango-Chipotle Mayo!!!!

We also served up the Pomona, a Spicy Polish Jumbos with Grilled Onions and Spicy Brown mustard!

MMMM..delicious juicy snappy DOG!!

Vienna Beef is a manufacturer of hot dog used in the classic Chicago style hot dog, as well as Polish sausage and Italian beef, delicacies of independent Chicago-style hot dog and beef stands. They also produce a variety of deli meats, some of which are available at Chicago area supermarkets.
Their factory resides at the intersection of Elston, Damen and Fullerton Avenues in the city, on the Chicago River. The company has been located in Chicago since the Columbian Exposition of 1893.
Henry Davis (1904–1974), a one time VP of sales, was instrumental in making Vienna Beef the Chicago hot dog. Henry was honored by Vienna Beef, the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois for his contributions in helping create Chicago's independent Hot Dog stands. There is a permanent collection of documents, photos and memorabilia in the Chicago Historical Society Archives called the "Henry Davis Collection" and was inaugurated in 1989
