Catering corporate events is often an interactive experience where the customers (in this case the employees) created their own personalized dog! Before long, others were asking for it by name--the name the employees themselves gave it! What fun we had! A great group...thanks for having us!

We went with all-beef Vienna natural casing dogs--they really has SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!
Our menu was The "Angeleno ": Guacamole and bacon with grilled onions
The "Malibu": Fresh shredded sharp cheddar, onions, and chili
The "Olvera": Sauteed peppers and onions, with bacon and cilantro
